Find answers to common questions about using StoreKin.
Click "Get started" on the homepage, choose your plan, fill in your store details, and you're ready to go. The setup wizard will guide you through branding, theme selection, adding your first product, and configuring shipping.
Starter (€9/mo) is perfect for getting started — up to 25 products with 3 theme options. Standard (€19/mo) unlocks unlimited products, all themes, custom domains, and discount codes. Growth (€39/mo) adds advanced analytics and priority features. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime.
Go to Dashboard → Theme to choose from 5 artist-focused themes (Gallery, Studio, Market, Portfolio, Boutique). You can customize colors, fonts, hero content, and your artist bio. Standard and Growth plans unlock all themes and full customization.
Go to Dashboard → Products → New Product. Add a title, description, price, and images. You can also add art-specific details like medium, dimensions, and edition info. Create variants for different sizes or framing options.
Go to Dashboard → Orders to see all orders. Click an order to view details, mark it as fulfilled, add a tracking number, or process a refund. You'll receive email notifications for new orders.
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Shipping. Add shipping options with names, prices, and estimated delivery times. Customers choose from these options at checkout.
Open the order in your dashboard and click "Refund". The refund is processed through Stripe and returned to the customer's original payment method. You'll see the refund reflected in your Stripe dashboard.
Yes. Open the order and click "Cancel". Paid orders can be cancelled before shipping. The customer will be notified by email. Note: cancelling does not automatically issue a refund — process a refund separately if needed.
Set up Stripe Connect in Dashboard → Settings → Payments. Complete Stripe's onboarding to start receiving payments directly to your bank account. Stripe handles all payment processing securely.
Your subscription is billed monthly through Stripe. View your billing history and manage your subscription in Dashboard → Settings → Billing. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
Stripe will retry failed payments automatically. If payment isn't resolved within the grace period, your store may be suspended until billing is updated. Your data is always preserved.
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Store and update your store name.
Custom domains are available on Standard and Growth plans. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Store to configure your domain. You'll need to update your DNS records to point to our servers.
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account to update your email address or password. You'll need to enter your current password to make changes.
Discount codes are available on Standard and Growth plans. Go to Dashboard → Discounts to create percentage or fixed-amount discounts with optional usage limits and expiry dates.
Make sure your products have the status set to "Active". Draft and archived products are not visible to customers. Check Dashboard → Products and update the status.
Ensure you've completed Stripe Connect setup in Dashboard → Settings → Payments. Without a connected Stripe account, the checkout won't process payments. Also verify you have at least one shipping rate configured.
